  I had the worst experience. I called Friday to be seen they said it will be a long wait they asked for me to come in on Saturday when they open. I asked if they took my insurance and they said yes. I came in today and the lady at the front was very rude from the moment I walked up to the window. Asked why I need to be seen , I explained my reasons to be here , she rolled her eyes, asked what is your insurance with an attitude. I told her what my insurance was . She responded with sorry we don't take that insurance because we aren't contracted with them. I explained the phone call I had the day before and she was still rude saying sorry . I responded with you don't talk to patients like that and have a nice day. I was very upset when leaving. I will not recommend anyone to come to this medical office !

  Every time i bring my grandma here i feel like the doctors are waiting for her to die because they do nothing for her. She was realesed from a hospital stay for internal bleeding and was supposed to have her blood levels checked a week later and they refused telling her to come back in a month and a half.
