- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My now almost 10 year old Goldie had been seen by Heidi (mostly) since I got her at the age of 5 weeks; I left for 19 months to help my daughter while my son-in-law was on deployment and when I came back they were no longer taking "new clients". If you haven't been seen in a year you're now new. How rude and unprofessional can you get? Being that Heidi was the only one worth taking my baby to, I can't imagine them being so busy now they can no longer afford to take new (or previous) clients, but for whatever reason they have, let the chips fall where they may.January 22, 2017by tina lewis
